Check out our first day FILM DAY!
Monday 22nd July is the opening day of our boot camp festival. This is a day dedicated to all practical aspects of film making and acting on film.
Film makers will have the opportunity to work with experienced directors, casting directors and actors. They can then showcase their films to an industry panel for instant feedback and advice.

Actors will be able to gain experience in front of the camera working with both the newer filmmakers and the mentor director, and a casting director.
Please make sure you bring your showreel link together with C.V and photos to any day you attend.
After the industry panel discusses the showcased films, there will be a casting workshop for actors for corporate and commercial work .
KICK UP THE ARTS MEMBERS SHOWCASE!
We are delighted to present a wide variety of work from So and So members who have a project at a stage of development that now needs an audience and feedback. We will be showing short films,comedy, theatre pieces and musical sets...all currently in development or projects which there are plans produce in the future.
Each project will get a one hour slot in the Tristan Bates Theatre. Check out the individual days by clicking on the photos of each day on the website.
We are providing theatre space in an unbeatable central location. Audiences will not be charged so feel free to come and support your fellow artists, or come slong as part of your attendance of the overall day. Free entry to the days showcase, and of course the galmorous wrap party on the final Sunday are included in the price of your day ticket.
